Petr Vyroubal

Attorney at law, registered at the Czech Bar Association under registration number 7401.

He was born in 1955 in Brno. In 1974–1976 he studied at the Law Faculty in Brno, in 1976–1980 he studied in the field of international law at the Faculty of International Law and International Relations in Kiev. At the law faculty of Charles University in Prague he obtained the academic title of doctor of law in 1981. In 1992 he graduated a course of international law at the Academy of International Law in the Hague.

Between 1980 and 1992 he worked in the Czechoslovak diplomatic service of the Foreign Ministry as a lawyer and career diplomat.

In 1992–1993 he worked as director of the legal department of the Prague stock exchange.

In 1993 he established the commercial law firm interLEX, which was transformed in 1996 into the law firm of which he is a partner.

He specialises in business law and financial law, banking law, capital-markets law, real estate law, labour law, administrative law, law in the area of transportation and logistics and international law. He focuses on providing of legal assistance and support for investors in Russia and Ukraine

He published in the field of securities law, transport and logistics, real estate law and international law.
